I reached a early and requested an early check in. However they couldn't accommodate me but they offered me to relax in the lobby and hurried to prepare the room for me i was celebrating my birthday and my fiance arranged a surprise birthday cake and the reception staff helped him with the cake. It's our third stay in rotana and second stay in arjaan we both love the place its so peaceful and nobady disturbs us we really love to visit arjaan rotana I'm planning to celebrate my fiance birthday next month and definitely gona stay here again.

The room that i had was big and clean, you can ask for dental kit and shaving kit at reception. The breakfast and dinner (i had half board) was with a good variety of local and non local food. A special thanks to the staff from reception, Edward and Nicholas, which were very helpfull in giving important information. And also special thanks to the 2 ladies from the dinner restaurant (which is 3 building to the left).

Zamfir

Well appointed apartment in a good location - was very close to the central bus station which suited us as we caught the bus from Dubai. The apartment was very near the Al Wahda mall. The reception, cleaning and breakfast restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast selections were very good (we paid the small additional fee for breakfast each day of our stay).

We stayed with family at Al Rawda Arjan for a short gateway, we couldnt have been more satisfied! The entire team was professional and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Edward from the reception and Ali the restaurant waiter who went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and will recommend to everyone.

Staff were amazing! Added value they upgrade our room from studio to 1 Bedroom without additional charges. Also, location wise is pretty impressive, very accessible to Al Whada Mall and Central Bus Station which good for us because we came from Dubai. Definitely there will be next time!
